The Forbidden Truth on crime and justice

The Truth on crime is one of the most important, societally condemned and primary Forbidden Truths. Due to he importance of this essay, you must read the following texts at the links below first.

It is expected that you have first read the index page so that you know the terms poison container, catharsis and True Reality. You also need to read this brief essay on societally-deployed language manipulation/definition based brainwashing. You should also read the child abuse/family unit mythology essay. It is important to click the links and read them if you have not yet read those essays.
Every human society has some form of law and punishment system. These systems are not designed to be fair, just, reasonable or deliver any legitimate form of justice or rights at all. The Truth is that there is simply is no rational, sane and legitimate basis to any and all societal ideals and concepts regarding law, crime and justice. All societal concepts of justice are lie-based, and represent nothing but malevolent lies and injustice. Society's proposed basis and arguments for the justice system is disproven in Appendix IV, but for now it is best to stay with the main essay.

Society claims it's ideologies constitute justice. But what is justice? To find this Truth, we have to ask ourselves "what are crimes?", "what are criminals?" and "what is justice?". Just as society invents phoney words, society also invents completely dishonest and invalid philosophical concepts relating to the issue of justice that must be exposed to reveal the Forbidden Truth on crime and justice.

The very concept of "crime" that society uses has no basis in Truth. This is because what society dictates constitutes a crime is is technical, arbitrary and has no legitimate rational basis and no consistency. Society is hypocritical in it's dictates of what constitutes a crime and what does not, it's claims are contradictory and constitute special pleading. Simply put, what society claims regarding crime is logically impossible. Society simply relies on hysteria over crime, brainwashing and indifference to get away with it.

Society arbitrarily decrees certain actions to be crimes, yet it also decrees these exact same actions are not crimes when it suits society. Society draws a line in the sand, and declares "The sand on this side of the line is different from the other side", even though the sand is exactly the same of both sides. Society claims "this action on this side is illegal, but the exact same action on this side is legal".

Even if all crime ceased in society this would not constitute any legitimate achievement or Truth-based rights advancement. The exact opposite would be the case. This is because what society claims constitutes a crime and justice in itself is invalid. The routine assault of other weaker children is not a crime but "bullying". Murder via war is decreed not to be a crime. No crime does not equal no abuses, harm, injustice, victimization and genocide.

Since the law itself has no legitimacy the suffering and problems in any society cannot be solved by enforcing the law. You loyal citizen-slaves all obssess and comb through evidence, papers, and what-have-you to see if the justice system is following the "rules" correctly, you all ask if people are "innocent" or "guilty", but you do this without first examining the foundations of the rules and procedures themselves. They are not valid and legitimate, and so any verdict or procedure is all a moot point!

Lets take the crime of "murder" as an example. Society says that murder is a very serious crime, but has defined it in such a way that it has no basis in Truth. For example, the death penalty constitues an act of murder. Wars are acts of murder by societal leaders. These two aforementioned acts are exactly the same as any criminal act of murder. So society commits the act of murder itself, but simply defines the crimes in such a technical way as to give itself an illegitimate loophole where it can pretend it has somehow magically not committed an act of murder.

Extortion is a also dictated to be a crime. Australia fines it's motorists for travelling barely over the speed limit and then threatens and demands the payment of large monetary fines under the guise of "road safety". This is a form of extortion. However, what constitues extortion has been manipulated and corrupted by society into a lie-based form that does not have any legitimacy so that societal leaders can hypocritically commit acts of extortion to suit themselves and then claim their acts are not crimes and are thus fair and just.


Criminals are simply individuals who choose to undertake a crime act. They do this not because they are "bad" as society claims, but because they are distorted reflections of the society that taught them who were traumatized, unjsutly treated and abused. This occurs mainly when they were children. All the criminal is doing is reflecting back the pain, torment, abuse, frustration and any mental and intellectual states that society foisted upon them.

That's right - criminals are created by society. There True Reality was created by society including their beliefs, outlook, emotional states, psychological problems, intellectual derangements sleeping problems, dysfunction, fears, desires and dreams.

Society is collectively guilty of creating the criminal via insane and unjust sponsored child abuse and societal conditioning and brainwashing. Society refuses to admit this Truth, and face it's guilt. Society is simply desperate to deny this Truth and thus sets about reversing the blame on the individual criminal in order to deny how utterly insane, unjust, malevolent and perverse it is.


Society created the criminal in the first place via sponsored child abuse, bullying, victimization and assault on sanity via lies/myths, indoctrination with societal lies and so on. Criminals are just a reflecting past injustices, beliefs, ideologies, trauma etc that are present and residing in their True Reality when they undertake crime actions.

Crimes are not undertaken primarily because of utilitarian purposes such as aquiring money. Crimes are primarily carried out because of some form of suppressed rage, injustice frustration, trauma, anxiety that usually occured in their childhood. In violent or abuse type crimes (as well as nearly all others), criminals are simply using the target of their crime as a poison container. Just as the mother hit the child in the poison-container example we saw earlier from expert Llyod DeMause, the criminal lashes out at the society responsible for creating him to gain relief or release from an emotionally or psychologically unpleasant state.

The criminal is (usually sub-consciously) really "passing the parcel" of abuse to someone else, just as he himself has had that crime-causing trauma passed onto him. The idea that at any point of this process that a single individual could be singled out as being responsible for the cycle/act of abuse is a slippery-slope type logical fallacy, and completely an invalid scape-goat tactic used by societal leaders and society.

It is also important to realise that society not only created the criminal via child abuse, past injustices, societal institutions, dogmas and processes, insane lies foisted upon vulnerable developing minds of children etc. It is also neccesary to realise that societal leaders and society continue and promote these insane and utterly malicious dogmas, institutions, processes and mass sponsored victimizations knowing that they cause crime, severe childhood truama and mental derangements to occur. Society hopes to be able to break and terrorize these abused children so badly that they can continue abusing them and the next generation of children while threatening and disabling them enough to stop them expressing this via crime. Society simply denies this Forbidden Truth. Therefore, society is not only responsible for all the crime acts, but for the ongoing abuse and traumatization of children to create another generation of criminals.


So, not only does society create the individual criminal, but after doing so chooses to create more, new criminals.

The fact of the matter is that the justice system is insane. Society promises it's loyal and broken slaves protection from criminals, but it created these criminals in the first place! Society is actually guilty for the oppression, victimization, brainwashing and suffering of both criminals and law-abiding groups of people. Criminals are actually the most oppressed social class of all. Societal leaders are primarily concerned about crime because crimes reveal Truth, not because of the harm done to any individual.

It is the socialization, myths, lies, breaking processes, legal systems and institutions of society itself that is creating all the crime, rage, unhappiness, depression, victimization, child-abuse, meaninglessness and mental dysfunction we see in society today. It is not the failure of the individual or society to meet the standards of society that causes all the suffering and crime in the world but society's standards themselves, and those standards will fail even if they are followed 100%.


Society claims that catching and then blaming and punishing criminals constitutes justice. The idea that creating a criminal via initiating the cycle of abuse, injustice and victimization on the individual criminal, and then subjecting that individual to false blame and punitive punishment for returning such treatment back is perverse and immoral beyond all words I can think of as a writer and philosopher. Society itself has committed all the crime actions itself, and in doing so subjected the individual criminal to the abuse that made him one. Society is never punished, blamed or held accountable for any of its crime acts. For society to hypocritically lash out at it's moral superior for reflecting back is hypocritical and perverse. The reason I say moral superior is because no individual could ever be as immoral, dishonest and malevolent as society itself.

This is a Forbidden Truth : Due to extreme the extreme brainwashing, truama, abuse, enslavement and endless stream of toxic and insane lies society chooses to inflict on children, a deranged and twisted minset and view of what constitutes justice in itself resides in the minds of all loyal mainstream citizen-slaves. This also creates a immense, but denied, collective societal guilt and denial over this mass societally-sponsored child-victimization and subsequent wrongful punishment of criminals. In addition, a powerful but usually sub-conscious/denied need/desire to further victimize and destroy others as well as a state of deep psychological pain, emotional rage and self-loathing exists within the mass of citizen-slaves. Society manipulates it's citizen-slaves into thinking that a bad/criminal people are responsible for this state, when in fact society did this to them via it's malevolent and lie-based societal institutions etc. Society then dictates that this must only be directed at the criminal class. The justice system is just the manifestation of these aforementioned factors, coupled with a deranged obsession to force everyone to conform to the false dictates of society. The pathological need to deny this societal guilt by denying that society created all the criminals makes the cycle of crime and abuse continue over and over again. The justice system is simply the acting out the mass emotional and mental disorders of society and the mass of citizen-slaves.


So, the justice system is primarily a manifestation of the extreme mental derangements, insane ideologies, malevolent intent, faulty philosophy and emotional disorders in the True Realities of societal leaders and citizen-slaves. Mental derangement is actually inherant in all the values of society. Criminals simply become targeted as societal poison containers. Just as Adolf Hitler manifested his suicidal and homicidal issues in the war ritual, societal leaders and loyal citizen-slaves likewise use the justice system as a vehicle to desperately create someone to blame and put their "dark" or "bad" denied self onto that they can use as poison containers. "We are not bad - this criminal is. He must be the one who caused all the troubles we see in our society, so we can still believe society is good" is your lie-based mantra.

The myth of "bad apples" is a societal guilt-manifestation.		 Society's argument that criminals are born "bad" or somehow just choose to be "bad" people holds no water. The argument is as follows :

Criminals are bad because they are against society and it's rules.
This is utterly stupid. It is circular justification. It is reduced to "It is bad to 'question society'/'break the rules' because to do so questions the rules and disobeys society". It simply repeats the fact that criminals break the law, but cannot suggest why the law is valid or criminals should not break it. It is also arbitrary.

Criminals are bad because of the bad/harmful actions they choose to undertake.
This is the most common and primary argument that society uses, and it represents a deranged and malevolent lie by society. Society tries to claim that what makes a criminal "bad" is that the criminal makes a choice to carry-out a crime action that is somehow "bad" and/or harms others. 
The argument that criminals are "bad" goes like this : "Criminals are "bad", have done "wrong", are "evil", untrustworthy, shifty (or what-have- you) because they choose to carry out criminal acts".

Of course, we have already seen what constitutes a crime is technical and arbitrary. Society does all the crime actions itself on a scale thousands, if not millions, of times greater than any criminal society is guilty of creating. Society harms more life forms, including humans, than any criminal ever has or ever possibly could, and it does this on behalf of the so-called "good" citizen-slaves and society.

Society does the exact same actions as the "criminals" do and then denies this simple Truth by labelling it's exact same actions differently. Therefore, by society's very own claim, it logically has to follow via simple deduction that society must be millions of times more "bad", "wrong", "evil", untrustworthy, shifty than society claims it's created scapegoat the "criminal" to be.

Either that, or society's claim in green above was simply invalid in the first place. Either way, society cannot justify the justice system and it's definition of crime, concepts of justice and treatment of criminals and I win.


Therefore, society is in no moral or otherwise legitimate position to stand in judgment of or inflict further harm and punishment onto any individual. Society certainly has no right to blame and punish criminals, and to do so is an utterly immoral and invalid act. In fact, any single act of murder committed by society is far, far more immoral and malevolent than any act of murder by an individual criminal might be. This is because society initiated the cycle of violence on the individual criminal, it created him. As a creator that knows the consequences, society must be worse than any of it's creations. Further, society has more options and no personal pressures to contend with and yet still chooses to commit acts of murder.
Think about it carefully - A child is born, and society subjects him to a life-time of unjust harm and assaults on his sanity. It does so knowing the possible consequences as does not care. It turns him into a murderer and he undertakes a murder that would not have occurred if it was not for the lies and malevolence of society that created him. Society then denies this Truth and uses this as an opportunity to malevolently commit a further act of murder against it's tormented and created victim it has pushed over the edge in order to pretend it is doing justice. Is this a just and sane act by society? Absolutely not!

"If someone had a young tiger cub in a cage and then mistreated it until it got savage and bloodthirsty and then turned it loose to prey on the rest of the world, to go anywhere and kill anyone it wanted to, then there would be a hell of a roar from those in danger of the mad tiger. Everyone would believe that to be the wrong thing to do. But if some people do the same thing to other people, then the world is surprised, shocked and offended because they get robbed, raped, and killed. Yet this is exactly what is being done every day in this country." - Carl Panzram.

Imagine for a moment that there was a public proposal to release all criminals and then to give this group total control to run the justice system. There would be an uproar! People would say "Those people are untrustworthy and violent. They do these terrible acts. We can't have them dispense justice and punishment! Who are they to be given such responsibility"? Maybe the criminals would do a better job or a worse one. The point is that neither the criminal group or society has any legitimate claim to be able to deliver any punishment or judgement at all.
The last dirty trick society uses to try and deceive it's citizen-slaves that 'legal' and 'illegal' murders are different is to claim it's 'murders' are without malice aforethought. In other words, it's the action and the intent that counts, and society has good intentions when 'murdering'. This argument is hopelessly faulty.

1. Most, if not all, societally-sponsored murders are fully pre-meditated and therefore have aforethought, whereas many criminal murders are done in the heat of the moment. Therefore, society cannot legitimately use this criteria to suggest it's actions are not murder.

2. The reason why a certain intent is supposed to be bad is because it knowingly results in bad actions (vice versa for good intent). However, if the intent is bad because of the actions that arise from such intent, and the actions are bad because of the intent, then that is circular reasoning and invalid. After all, what makes a certain intent bad or malevolent if it does not relate to any perceived negative action? There are hurtful acts of malicious intent that are not crimes, and there are crime-acts that society claims are without malicious intent (it's own).

3. There just is no legitimate and benelovent purpose society possesses to deliberately kill human beings when it did not have to. The death penalty example clearly shows this. There is no chance that any open choice to kill a human being was motivated by benelovence or kind intent.

4. There are a myriad of criminal murder cases where the suspect is not identified and thus their intent is not known, such as "Jack the Ripper" and "the Zodiac killer". In these cases society labels these acts "criminal" and "murders". But society claims that without knowing who the killer is or why he killed (intent). Society is concluding the intent and malevolence from the act itself, but then the intent must be inherant in ; and deduced from; the act itself.

There is absolutely no legitimate way society could say it's chosen murder acts are benelovent and any act it did not authorize is somehow automatically malevolent. The Truth is that when the acts are deliberate and exactly the same, then the label or word ought to be the same across the board. There is no Truth in society's claim that its acts are magically different because it calls them by a different label. Nor could society possibly suggest it's actions of murder are not malvolent. The Truth is that war and other societal murder acts are completely malevolent and motivated by ideological derangement and deep-seated rage and anger.


Analogy to society's concepts and ideologies of justice within human societies
(Where smoking represents a crime, Group A is society and Adult B is the criminal/victim) :
Imagine a group of humans called Group A (representing a society) that smokes 500 cigarettes a day each on average. This group, despite smoking themselves, declares that smoking is "wrong" and gives themselves the "right" to inflict punishment upon a smoker. They also claim that they do not deserve the punishment as smokers themselves, using the wafer-thin and ridiculous argument that "we dont smoke, we puff" and smoking being "unlawful puffing". All Group A did was change the label it applied to the exact same action. Group A then sees a child. It infects the child with nicotine addiction (this represents the cycle of creating criminals via sponsored brainwashing and child abuse). Group A shapes and moulds the child into a smoker, who we will now call Adult B. When Group A sees Adult B smoking one day, it yells "Smoker! Adult B is bad! We must punish him to stop smoking in Group A".

Already we see how crazy this system is. Adult B only developed smoking because that is what his society taught him by example.

"I'm not smoking" declares Adult B. "I'm just puffing, just like you do. I just do what you all do, what you taught me to do". And what does Group A say (while smoking away heavily)? : "No, we find that you were smoking. We are good. We are not smoking, we are puffing. Puffing is acceptable. You are guilty of smoking. Smoking is bad. Therefore you are guilty of smoking and you are bad"

The above is a great analogy to the operational reality of the justice systems of society and how they deny Truth by using ridiculous word-labels and word-games. Their whole argument simply makes no sense! It then insanely subjects it's victim-creation Adult B to further unjust harm and punishments, while then going forward and sponsoring and continuing to smoke and addict more children to cigarettes.


The real reason why criminals are labelled as "bad" is because society is desperate shift the spot-light of blame from itself, where the blame Truly belongs, and onto its created torture victims. Each crime action actually reveals Truth, if you have the insight to see it. Society created all the criminals itself. Society is based on deceit, and that deceit is reflected via crime.
So-called "good" mainstream citizen-slaves accept having violent and genocidal acts committed on their behalf or when it suits them including wars, police violence, boxing assaults, wrestling assaults, prison guard violence, genocide and abuse of animals, public and overt systematic bullying and abuse of select individuals in front of and approved by large groups of children at schools, subjegation of children and many more. If a benelovent societal leaders somehow came into power one day (this cannot actually happen) and removed these acts of societally-sponsored violence and subjegations, there would be a massive and violent uprising followed by a demand for these specific application of violence to be restored under the demented guise of "freedom", even though no other soceitally-disapproved acts of violence and abuse would ever be so protested with such scale and enthusiasm.

Criminals are victims. Sure, some may be dangerous, violent and rough now, but remember that there was a time when they were vulnerable, developing children. Criminals are created by society via abuse and maltreatment, destruction of sanity, the endless bombardment with lies and myths on their developing minds that usually and mainly occurs during their childhoods.

The criminal does crime actions because he is the victim of society whether he or she realizes this or not. The criminal can never be "born bad" or the instigator of abuse and violence. No baby could choose to be a criminal. The intense emotions, injustices and motivations had to be put on criminals by others.

All of the principals and definitions of "justice" put forward by society are completely artificial, false and ridiculous. What society claims constitutes justice is in fact a perversion of justice. Your so-called justice system actually is designed to deprive citizen-slaves of justice, to threaten and terrorize them into accepting the injustices in their own lives.
Even serial killers are a by-product and creation of human society. All serial killers are childhood victims of societally-sponsered abuse, lies, myths and torture. This trauma, abuse and societal attack on sanity and clear thinking creates the rage, frustration and any philosophical/idealogical derangements are what creates criminals and criminal behaviour.

If you study serial killer cases such as Carl Panzram (see case files page and True crime books), you will soon see that they have suffered horribly as children and been subjected to insane societal myths and lies. Arthur Shawcross (Right) was no exception. Arthur's childhood consisted of sexual abuse at home, teasing and beatings from other children. Arthur had no friends, and already stripped of Self-Love, invented 2 imaginary friends.

The other children ridiculed Arthur, calling him "Oddie". He retreated into himself, and went around school in a dream-like state. Arthur just wanted the torment to stop, but the other children teased and bullied Arthur at every opportunity they got. Arthur would shake his fists with rage and scream and yell. But they would not stop.

Arthur's societally-allocated "parents" hit him at home. Insanely, "child welfare authorities" concluded that Arthur's problem was he needed more "discipline", which came in the form of more undeserved physical abuse. The parents forced Arthur to obsessively fold his clothes and be perfectly neat. The slightest thing and Arthur was brutally and callously assaulted. People commented that young Arthur always seemed afraid. His parents would favour the other children. The stress caused Arthur to suffer from a twitch of his eyes, like a blink, that he would suffer for the rest of his life. Arthur made sounds like a bleating lamb, and lapsed into baby talk, which was a cry for help and an expression of his unbearable suffering. He began to wet the bed. Arthur suffered nightmares.
Arthur had enough. He run away from home. He was unjustly dragged back, protesting, yelling and screaming all the way. Arthur was described as a "thoughtful and kind" sort of boy. He would have been sensitive to his parent's constant fueding.
He also suffered at least one electrical shock from a powerpoint, blackouts, was knocked out in a sporting accident, was hit in the head with a discus causing a crack to the skull, was hit with a sledgehammer, fell of a 40ft ladder and was run over by a truck.
Arthur was also sent to risk his life and murder complete strangers in Vietnam on behalf of his society. Perhaps, most of all, Arthur was subjected to lies and myths, weakening his mental ability to experiance and know Forbidden Truth.
What is wrong with you things? Look how you treat children. Society allowed this to happen to Arthur. Society still allows such abuse of children to continue on today. Arthur and his murders are simply a reflection of all of you and what you are inside. You had no mercy for Arthur. You had no concern for Arthur's welfare, his rights, or even his life. Why, then, would Arthur have developed concern for others? There is no reason why Arthur would have developed concern for others.

The Truth is that all criminals are just a reflection of all of you. Why would a criminal have developed compassion and mercy when he was given none? Why respect the rights of others when society had no respect your rights?

Of course, not all criminals are as prolific as Mr Shawcross. But the principals are still the same.

Generally speaking of the lesser crime actions and 'smaller' criminals, society selectively picks a few minority victims who are going to be repeatedly charged with the more minor crimes, while most mainstream citizens who perpetrate the exact same crimes/actions are not pursued, or at least not pursued to with the same level of vindictiveness and vigour.

In other words, individuals are targeted - and not just based on the crimes they may be committing. This is one of the purposes of the justice system : to create downtrodden and defeated victims for the mainstream citizen-slaves. For example : Two adults commit the same minor assault. It is highly likely that no human high on the societal ladder such as a policewoman or a doctor will be charged, and if they are they will most likely get a small sentence.

But a street punk who calls a spade a spade will most likely be charged vindictively. Of course, a doctor or a policewoman is not as likely to be convicted, and will not be punished to the level that the street punk would be even if so convicted. The deciding factor in this example is not just the crime action, but who the accused was personally. All things being equal, the criminal justice system is 'weighted' against certain classes and individuals.

Also, the authorities (such as police and magistrates) actually have little interest in the legal legitimacy of any criminal charges and are happy to jail a "not-guilty" adversary of society, or trump-up minor incidents into major ones using ridiculously inflated charges, and the organized lying of police in court. They are concerned only with convincing a strong majority of citizen-slaves that you are "guilty", or otherwise obtaining agreement and/or acceptance of the outcome/verdict.
Policecar It is important to realize that no individual acting under orders from society via a position in law enforcement or the justice system can act in a benelovent, legitimate or honest way. Since society and its justice system is absolutely deranged, malevolent, lie-based and illegitimate any employee-slave following it's orders is also rendered malevolent and illegitimate. This is the case regardless of any personal and individual intents or beliefs they may possess.

Police, or pig-thugs, are just simply hired gang-men for society. They are goonish thugs who simply carry out invalid and unjust orders. Magistrates are societal whores of society, who are bribed with money called a "paycheck" to make rulings to suit society.
We now move onto the punishment of criminals by society via the prison system. Since society is guilty and responsible for creating the criminal, society has no legitimate business or right to punish such individuals. Despite all the obvious Truths revealed above, society still chooses to punish criminal offenders. This in itself proves that society is utterly immoral, malevolent and insane. All societal punishments are forms of maltreatment and abuse that stem from the utter malevolence and insanity of society.

Prison is designed to try and inflict harm and trauma on the prisoner, while pretending it is doing so under various illusions of decency such as "rehabilitation". Prisoners are fed food designed to be as poor in nutrition as possible, not just for reasons of cheapness but also to weaken and inflict harm on the prisoner. They are kept in cramped conditions are deliberately subjected to abuse and danger. Medical help is of poor quality and often not available for long periods of time. 		PlateofFood
Society does not even have a legitimate basis with which to suggest that any individual is responsible to society. Individual responsibility to a lie-based society itself is an insane, immoral and malevolent lie-based societal myth/demand. It is simply based on society violently threatening and forcing individuals to do as it directs, even though these directions are malevolent and illegitimate. There just is no legitimate philosophical basis for individual responsibility to society.

The Truth is that society itself is totally irresponsible, and the basis for the criminal justice system is invalid. It is society that bears the actual guilt for crime and murder acts, not the individual. It is society that implemented the insane lies and institutions that cause crime acts to occur. These things cannot be changed by falsely blaming and punishing the criminal individual. Therefore society is responsible and not the individual. Society is responsible for your actions. Society is responsible period. There can never be any legitimate purpose for society to punish any criminal, and all punishment is actually a malevolent act done under the guise of justice.

There are a myriad of further reasons why society cannot legitimately punish criminals, all stemming from the fact that what constitutes a crime has no Truth-based legitimacy, and society created the criminals.
{Appendix V has another reason why criminals are not to be blamed if you so wish to read it. It's not neccesary, though.}

There is not even any legitimate conclusive evidence that suggests punishment even acheives society's goal. I do not even need all of these Truths to prove that society has no legitimate purpose punishing criminals. Even just one of the Truths, such as the fact that what constitutes a crime is invalid, is enough to prove to any sane and rational philosophical thinker that criminal punishment is an insane concept. The societal explanations don't make rational sense no matter how you go about analyzing them. Take a look at the main two arguments used by society to argue for societal punishment of criminals :

1. "Eye for and eye".
This argument is irrational and motivated only by a desire to malvolently inflict further unjust harm upon individuals, while using various pathetic guises that are used to keep up an illusion of moral decency. Obviously, it is self-contradictory, a chicken-and-egg argument, and a circular type argument. It's invalid.

2. Punishment will deter others.
This argument is ridiculous! Firstly, since the concept of what constitutes a crime itself is not legitimate, then so must the punishment be. Second, there is no evidence that shows punishment deters criminals. Third, there is a mountain of evidence that punishing criminals makes them more inclined to commit crimes and this is simply because criminals are all victims and subjecting them to further unjust victimization can only make their problems worse. Lastly, to punish someone because of what someone else might do in the future is utterly insane, malevolent and unjust.


"All punishment is mischief: all punishment in itself is evil." - Philosopher Jeremy Bentham, 1789.

"A strange thing, our kind of punishment! It does not cleanse the offender, it is no expiation: on the contrary, it defiles more than the offense itself." - Friedrich Nietzsche.

Above we see a quote from Seer Friedrich Neitzsche and another from Jeremy Benthan. Jeremy's insightful and profound statement of Truth was made hundreds of years ago, and society might have saved itself had it listen to Jeremy. Later on we see that Friedrich, who is a powerful Philosopher of Forbidden Truth even if crime and justice are not generally his focus, also arrives at this brilliant conclusion.

What Friedrich is telling us here is that the criminal justice system and it's punishments are not fair, reasonable, just, legitimate or sane. "It does not cleanse the offender" is not intended to mean that the punishment is not severe enough, or that another form of punishment is needed, but a brilliant realization by Friedrich that all punishments fundamentally have no legitimate purpose or basis and thus achieve nothing of a legitimate or benelovent nature.

The entire philosophical contructs that the justice system is based on, such as a "right" to punish criminals for their crimes, are insane, deranged, unproven, irrational, hypocritical and fallacious. There can be no legitimate or benelovent purpose in this. Using violence cannot force it to work.

If you put garbage (lies) in, you can only get garbage (lies) out. It is up to those making the claims about justice and society to prove their case, and yet there is not a single legitimate and rational argument that demonstrates the course of action undertaken by society or the theory of crime and justice is rational, legitmate, honest or correct. On the contrary, there is a mountain of evidence and rational argument that logically disproves these societal claims regarding justice and crime. There is absolutely no way, no chance, that the current systems of society will result in a reduction in crime, suffering, murder, death, assaults. Not one iota, because they are all malevolent and lie-based. They simply cannot work!

The justice system simply cannot and will not ever provide Truth-based justice or prevent (or even reduce) abuse and suffering. I will bet anyone that in the future the issues of violence and abuse are actually more rampant. This is because society and the justice system enforces deranged, lie-based and illegitimate rules that do not represent any legitimate form of justice.


This is yet another reason why society has no right to subject any of it's created criminals to harm. Society has absolutely no intention of helping the prisoner, but only of stirring and provoking the prisoner. Immorally, prison "inmates" are used and abused as poison-containers by society, and this is one of the primary reasons why society has prisons. Do not be fooled by smokescreen arguments such as "he committed a crime", as this is totally irrational and irrelevant. I've already just dealt with that. The fact that someone committed a crime in no way gives society (which is millions of times more malevolent than it claims it's victim-created criminal is) any justification for further bad treatment of it's already tortured victim-creation.

Society subjects all prison inmates to many forms of deliberately and maliciously planned harm and abuse as part of it's core operational structure. Since the cause of crime is abuse, maltreatment, societal myths and lies all society ever manages to do (and could ever do) via the prison system is make the criminal worse. The Truth is that a citizen-slave in prison is being used as a poison-container and being subjected to outrageous conditions. This is a fact, it is True no matter what the purpose or justification might be for placing the citizen-slave in prison. All this further bad treatment can ever do is make the underlying problems that cause crimes worse. To try and use the cause and motivation of crime to stop it is utterly insane, ignorant, malevolent and deranged.

The societal objective of prison is to try and "break" the will and spirit of the criminal. Society uses prison to harm, terrorize, threaten and co-erce the individual to obey society and its unjust laws, and to fascistly program the thinking patterns of the prisoner. Society also uses these unjust punishments to attempt to threaten and terrorize it's non-jailed citizen-slaves into obeying it's fascist orders, and terrorize them into putting up with any injustices in the past and future.


The Truth is that all criminals are created by the very society that claims it will protect its citizen-slaves from the criminals. Society is responsible for the suffering of both criminals and law-abiding groups of people. Society is responsible for assaults, murders, harm etc of both the illegal and legal varieties.

What society claims constitutes justice itself (or what justice fundamentally is) is completely perverted and warped. Since society and it's claims as to what constitutes justice in principal is based on lies, the justice system itself becomes adverse to simple Truth. Simply put, the justice system is an insane system conjured up by insane minds. It is fundamentally deranged in it's doctorine.

The justice system is utterly malevolent. None of the reasons for it's overall goal and purpose it officially gives are True or accurate. The fundamental reason why society pursues criminal cases is not because it cares about the victim, but because the crime act "offended" society by threatening to reveal the Truth and challenging the utterly deranged delusional constructs of those who believe in the justice system.

What is Truth-based justice?

No society on planet earth currently has a legitimate concept or ideal of what constitutes justice. The justice system's ideology of justice is utterly deranged and irrational. Therefore, no society can offer, or does offer, any legitimate, rational or sane form of justice via it's various legal systems. What society claims constitutes justice is in fact a travesty of justice, and a hypocritical illogical web of lies and falsehoods. Truth-based justice is not mere "social justice".

A Truth-based society that chose to have a legal and law enforcement system would have to meet many criteria.
Firstly, any crime must be defined in an exact and Truth-based manner and applied evenly across the board.

Example : If one wanted to stop all assaults. If that was the objective, then violence itself would be illegal in a society. All murders would be illegal including war, death penalty, assassinations and so on. If beating people was illegal, then boxing, school bullying and pig-thug bashings would all have to not only be illegal but lose their societal sponsorship and be equally investigated. If any childhood abuse caused a need or desire in their True Reality to beat people, then society must also cease sponsorship of these causes and do it's utmost best to prevent them and compenstate it's already created victims.

Second, All lie-based societal institutions, myths, dogmas etc must be entirely eliminated, but in addition societal leaders must appear in public and on TV and declare they were lies, explain why they were lies, and reveal the Forbidden Truths. Then, the societal leaders must announce that society is responsible for all it's created victims and apologise and compensate them as appropriate.

Third, since the individual is a created victim of his society he can never be correctly blamed, morally adjudged or punished by his society. By committing these crime actions, the criminal proves that he is a societal torture victim motivated by trauma, emotion, lies, insanities, derangements etc that society put onto him.

Truth-based justice simply means what is actually fair, reasonable and just to each individuals in their reality. Only the individual can know what he has suffered, and what it means to him. The goal of Truth-based justice must be to repair and atone for the damage that society has inflicted upon the individual "criminal" victim-creation of society. When a criminal commits a crime act, he proves he is the victim of society and injustice by the very act of doing so, because of the psychological motivations and forces involved. The basis for all legitimate justice is Truth, honesty, balance and fairness, that is in harmony with the natural (un-societally biased) sense of justice that takes all things into account. It is important to realise, however, that the natural sense of justice and "righteousness" in the vast majority of huamns has been warped, twisted and damaged beyond repair by the lies, myths and brainwashings of society.

For example : A child is born into human society. He never chose or asked to be born, nor born into human society. This child is abused emotionally, physically and mentally. The people society chose to raise him put their hate, anger, fear, anxiety truama onto him, they reflect this upon the child. They reflect their insane belief systems, the lies and myths of society. He grows up into an angry, resentful individual filled with rage, hate and feelings of anxiety. He has been the victim of society, the victim of abuse, trauma, lies and myths. Nothing can change this fact.

One day, he gets angry with a woman, and throws her to the ground and then molests and beats her. She is traumatized by the attack. Of course, the attacker is likely feeling better now. Although the woman in this example did nothing to him directly, she indirectly did by being a loyal member of society. The relative suffering and experiance he (attacker) has endured in his life is far greater than hers and thus he is the greater victim. He just did what he had to do, as being a victim of society. It is not his fault, just his choice. He still remains a far greater torture victim of society than she. For the creator (society) to then blame him, and claim that there is an injustice between these two individuals that he must 'repay' by being subjected to further truama, abuse and punishment is utterly deranged, malevolent and lie-based. They are BOTH victims of the injustice of society in their True Reality. Society is responsible for both the individuals suffering, and thus society should atone to the man (attacker) and his target (woman). There is no legitimate way society can blame him or her as individuals. Notice that I did not isolate the one single individual act like current societal "justice" systems do, I looked at the whole lives and the big picture of the individuals.

What is more, for society to punish the man for reflecting the abuse and truama society foisted upon him in the first place, and ignoring his own past victimizations and injustices, society is guilty of an insane and malevolent hypocrisy. Society cannot legitimately punish him for acting on what society foisted upon him. He is the victim, and for the creator (society) to punish it's victim-creation for acting out his victim-hood status is hypocritical, immoral and insane. Just because he victimized others does not mean he is not also a victim of society - in fact his actions prove he is in fact a victim of society.

Therefore, the man needs compensation, help, possibly Truth-based legitimate counselling, an apology by society. The woman also needs acknowledgement by society, including compensation and help, although in this example to a lesser degree. They both deserve a full admission of guilt and responsibility from society and societal leaders, they deserve atonement from the society that created and victimized them.

In the case of Martin Bryant and Arthur Shawcross, extreme levels of apology, compensation and other atonements are required of society to be even attempting to be just in a legitimate and Truth-based way. It is unlikely that society could ever repair the damage it has done, but it must do it's best.

The Benelovent Resort Detention criminal healing/societal atonement-based detention system.

It is now time to discuss what a valid, legitimate, benelovent, sane Truth-based society would do when faced with criminals, as opposed to the current malevolent lie-based legal/judicial system.

The most important principal is that the entire current prison systems, legal systems, laws, pig-thug gangs, societal-whore judges, lawyers courts and all philosophical concepts of justice and crime must be completely scrapped.

You probably have been thinking "Well, if we have Truth-based justice, what is to stop them doing these crime actions again and again?". I have thought of that.
1. Eliminating societally-sponored acts such as child-abuse, bullying-assaults telling of insane myths and lies to children, war, abortion (except in special cases) would certainly result in no new criminals being created by this type of society. Of course, each generation would still have child abuse, as no society could prevent 100% of all cases under less than 10 generations or so. However, there would be a massive fall-off of crime acts right away, with an increase with each generation.

Another important aspect to a Truth-based society is that 'crimes' does not mean "crimes" as in today's lie-based and sick societies. The fall-off would be across the board on all crime acts. For example, bullying and child-abuse assaults would all be effected as well as the current "illegal" assault forms.

In most cases, a Truth-based attitude including an atonement to the criminal by society would result in near-immediate choices by many criminals not to undertake any further crime acts. Many of you would think that this is naive, but it is 100% correct and the only rational position to take. Criminals are created victims of society, often fueled by a righteous sense of outrage and/or injustice. Even the change in societal attitude would help greatly. By having a pro-Truth stance of blaming society and apologizing to and compensating the criminal, combined with elimnation of causal elements such as homelessness and child abuse criminals would have the "wind taken out of their sail" and be either less motivated to undertake crime acts or decide to refrain from crime acts.

However, we must also remember that the individual still has every right to do as his True Reality dictates and undertake crimes against society. This criminal is either victimized by the new Truth-based society, or was victimized by the old lie-based society. Either way, he or she must still have a Truth-based right to act out their True Reality as they see fit.

2. A Truth-based society would have an equal obligation to all sentient living things. Therefore, we must balance that against individuals being subjected to crime-act scenarios. The balance is always in favour of the criminal against society, because no criminal could ever be more than what society made him. There would be certain individuals who would choose to continue undertaking crime acts. Let's use Victim Ted Bundy as an example and presume he would continue even under a Truth-based societal system.

A Truth-based system is objective. Ted could never be punished, morally chastised etc for his chosen actions by society. Ted cannot be placed in a Benelovent Detention Resort just because of his past actions and attitudes. Ted would have to give his permission to society, after it was proven that Ted had fully understood the meaning and consequences of such a choice.

The only objective-based consideration that would allow Ted to be forcibly taken to a Benelovent Detention Resort would be if there was solid evidential grounds that Ted would commit further - or future - crime acts. If Ted was to cease and desist, then he could not be placed in a Benelovent Detention Resort area. All past crime actions are not proof of future acts, but more importantly nor are past crime acts sufficient justification to remove Ted from the Truth-based society against his wishes. This is because any past crime acts do not qualify as an ongoing direct threat to the citizen-slaves. No past action could possibly count as a new action that could harm anyone in the present or future. Only a future new crime act could warrant a consideration of protecting the citizen-slaves in a Truth-based society. Special surviellence detectives could be engaged. One legitimate method would be psychological tests that determine if it is highly likely that Ted would commit another crime.

Only for those who it can be proven are too dangerous to others to live in even a Truth-based society could a Benelovent Detention Resort order be issued by a sane, just and rational society. However, this future crime act would also not change any fact that the detained criminal in a tortured victim-creation of human society, and to be treated accordingly as outlined below.

This detention is always based on Truth-based justice. Society can only hold the prisoner as long as is required. As soon as the prisoner can no longer be proven to be a danger to society, the prisoner must be given the option of leaving immediately.


Examples of minimum societal obligations to criminal-victim-prisoners in Benelovent Resort Detention.
The underlying principal of all aspects of Truth-based justice is that society owes a debt to the criminal. Therefore, a strict minimum set of obligations would be placed on society as follows :

1. Society must recognize that it is responsible for creating a tortured victim-creation of society. Thus, one aspect of all criminal cases and those detained by a Truth-based society is society and societal leaders making regular, sincere and meaningful apologies to all such criminal victims. Society must admit it's guilt, responsibility for creating the criminal and the ongoing atonement for it's mistakes as a collective society. These apologies would be in writing, on television and in person.

2. Ensuring optimal health, safety and well-being/happiness of the criminal prisoner. This includes a healthy menu where many custom-ordered meals of restruant quality are available. Doctors and medical services must be second to none. Every single possible act, no matter what the cost, must be done to ensure prisoner safety. This includes allowing the prisoner no contact with other human beings for the rest of his life as he or she sees fit. Option of mixing with other prisoners of choice. Regular psychological evaluations of all prison guard staff to ensure no murderous intent or other potentially harmful mental state towards criminals as a group or an individual exist. Of course, a massive list of such considerations too lengthy to list here.

3. Therefore, there will and must be be no further harm, abuse, punishment and blame against this proven torture victim of society. The detention is pure benelovence, not malevolence. The objective is to for society to protect, nurture and atone to the criminal, whie preventing harm to citizen-slaves. There is no legitimate or sane reason why society would need to blame, punish, harm or abuse the prisoner to acheive any legitimate and just goal.

At any time, if there was a failure to meet these lofty standards for any reason what-so-ever (including deliberate sabotage by the prisoner), then the prisoner of a truth-based society would have to be set free with further apology and recognition of blame by society for this lastest societally committed atrocity. Only when it an be 100% proven that these standards are restored and will not be repeated again can society even consider placing the criminal back inside the Benelovent Resort Detention area.

We must discuss why each individual prisoner must require different standards and forms of resort, based on what constitutes a resort in their True Reality and their personal needs and requirements such as how much responsibility they prefer for buying groceries etc.

We must discuss in more detail why the prisoner should have 100% control over who he socializes with, if anyone at all, how often and for how long.

We will look at why any negative experiance of the prisoner under such a scheme of detention is the fault of society and its imprisonment system, and how society can atone for this further atrocity.

We will also take a look at the standards of living, including food, accomadation, security, medical help, entertainment, access to prostitutes that all such benelovent resort centres would administer.
Carl Williams This is Carl Williams, tortured victim-creation of australian society. Society created Carl, it subjected Carl to lies, myths, trauma and injustice all with total indifference to Carl's welfare and development. Carl is presented here not only because I believe he was a courageous and insightful philosopher of Truth on specific crime and morality issues, but because Victim Carl has been brutally murdered due to the deranged, immoral, malevolent and callous societal attitude towards all criminals.

Victim Carl was unjustly sentenced to life imprisonment after outrageously being convicted for the act of murder by his australian society that is responsible for thousands of murders every year. Carl was just a man who was also a distorted reflection of the values and practices of his society.
Carl's life was sadly taken away in early 2010 as a result of society's application of undeserved, unjust and insane jail punishment systems. Society malevolently and deliberately delivers inadequate care and support for any of it's wrongly punished victims, but ensures deliberate harm will come to them. Carl would never have been murdered, nor subjected to punitive punishment, if society had a Truth-based benelovent detention resort community system in place. The issue of whether Carl did order murders is not an important or relevant issue here. It is irrelevent to the question. Society can choose to act with integrity and benelovence (or not) regardless of any acts Carl may have chosen in the past as a created-victim of australian society. Society tries to cover its wrongful treatment of Carl via it's insane jail system by simply demonizing Carl for undertaking acts of murder by ordering/organising others to carry out murders on his behalf and then refusing to acknowledge when it commits murder every single day via war, family unit mythology and abortion on a much greater scale. The Truth is that australian society had absolutely no legitimate right to personally judge or punish Carl regardless of how many murders he might have chosen to undertake or "order" due to his True Reality.
A quick personal note :
I am often asked whether I somehow "like" or "admire" the criminal victims I feature on this website. I do not like any particular group of humans. I have met many criminals, drunks and low-lifes and I don't personally like most of them. That does not change these Truths, however. I have no reason or desire to have anything personally to do with any criminal, or any particular human being for that matter. I am not attempting to "help" them, argue thier case, defend them etc. I'd rather stay clear of them. I just want to reveal the Forbidden Truth, and it so happens that serial killers and other criminals make perfect examples of the issues at hand.

I, Myself, am not advocating or promoting crime or murder via this website. It is society that is guilty and responsible for the failures and creation of criminals. What I am promoting is Forbidden Truth. We must always accept the Truth, to face the Truth, no matter how horrible, devastating or against the grain of society and comfort the Truth might seem to you.


I am simply the ultimate and only real and legitimate type of rebel against the utterly diseased and insane human societies - the philosopher of Forbidden Truths.

Appendix I - Discussion of specific classes of criminal offences

Murder
Murders are the most serious singular crime act in nearly every society.

Arson
There are two main types of arsonist that I will discuss here. The first type of arsonist is simply trying to damage property. The second type of arsonist is lighting a fire in order to attempt to maim or kill human beings. Of course, both types of arsonist are highly victimized and enraged individuals who are using arson as an expression of their hate, anxiety, rage and frustrations. Many arsonists can even be going through a transition to becoming a serial killer.

Vandalism
This issue was actually presented in Truth TV Series 3. Vandals are simply individuals who are enraged due to injustices and victimizations suffered at the hands of their malevolent and lie-based society. Like all criminal acts, vandals have every right to do so and deserve no moral judgment or punishment from society. Vandals tend to nearly always be children who find a righteous outlet for the unjust abuse they have suffered by physical outbursts of destruction of societal property. This in itself is a form of Truth-based justice. It is actually natural and healthy to direct your rage and negative emotions outwards, and vandalism makes a great workout. Therefore, vandalism is a very healthy, sane, smart and legitimate activity for individuals to engage in.

Most vandals, however, do not realize the True motivation for their activities and are often acting on impulse, desire and instinct. These are vandals who often deny their victim-hood status and/or their motivations for their chosen activities. They also tend not to plan thier acts of vandalism, and tend to do so on the spur of the moment. These types of vandal are less healthy and insightful than the other type of vandal. They are in denial of their True Reality state.

The other type of vandal knows he is going to vandalize, and actively plans to do so in a pre-meditated fashion. This aids him/her greatly in choosing targets, what implements are to be used and getting away with it. More importantly, this individual acepts himself and this is much healthier than denying your True Reality. This vandal can much better make decisions about his life because he knows why he does what he does.

Robbery
Robbery is a crime often claimed to be motivated by the need or desire for money. However, all robbers are primarily or partially motivated by a righteous and deep sense of injustice alongside rage and anger at their lives. Most robbers subconsciously want an excuse to murder someone, but must do so via a guise of robbery gone wrong because they cannot consciously accept that they so wish to murder a complete stranger.




Appendix II - The societal whores of the justice system:

Justices/Judges/Magistrates
These are simply the societal whore agents society bribes into committing mass injustice against persecuted individuals. Since the very concepts of justice of society are utterly invalid, insane, malevolent and hypocritical so is the justice system and all it's representatives. Regardless of the beliefs and attitudes of these societal whores, their entire profession is invalid. All of these societal whores are carefully selected and hired because they are petty, narrow minded and stubborn people who hate Truth and Truth-based justice and are blindly devoted to their lie-based society.

Every such societal whore has a job and position in human society that is totally toxic and invalid. They don't dare argue rationally and try to justify their job. Instead, they use tactics to create illusions of decency and importance. These acts in themselves are utterly ridiculous. These whores are instructed by society to dress in silly costumes that are designed to try and make them look dignified and important.

These costumes are just simply cheap ploys. Anyone could wear such a costume, and that would not make them any more able to do any task. For the petty-ness they display they ought to wear clown suits. Another ridiculous ploy used by these societal whores to try and create an air of authority and legitimacy is that everyone has to stand when they pass through a doorway. This makes not one iota of rational sense and is utterly ridiculous! Even the fact that they go to these lengths to put on such ayers proves that they are trying to make up for something.

Appendix III - The free agent:




Appendix IV - Societally proposed basis for concepts and ideals of crime and justice exposed and disproven.

Crimes are simply actions that society has arbitrarily chosen to discourage by resorting to assualting, threatening, caging and punishing individuals while on the other hand promoting and committing the exact same actions itself.

Criminals are the individuals who have undertaken one or more of these societally-declared crime acts without societal sponsorship/permission to do so. There is no philosophical legitimacy to the concepts of crime and criminality, and no rational, just or benelovent basis for punishing criminals.


I first list and examine claims made by society about the basis and origin of the concepts of morality, justice and crime as well as society's supposed right to preside over the lives and actions of it's citizen-slaves and punish them, and conclude that there simply is no Truth to any societally claimed concepts of morality, justice and criminality :


A. Common proposed explanations for the basis of justice, duty and responsibility in society :
Remember - society must have a basis and justification for it's claims already in order to explain its motivation for its actions and ideologies.

a1. Contract explanation

This claim by supporters of societal justice systems claim that society's standards of crime, punishment and justice can be based on mutual agreement - or a contract system. This claim is utterly ridiculous and invalid. It goes like this : "If you agree not to commit crimes and harm others, then society will protect you from the same". This explanation is simply crazy. It makes no sense.

Firstly, all choices require at least two options to be even considered as legitimate choices. Since one cannot agree or choose to be conceived, then born, it absolutely must follow by deduction that no-one chose to be a born into society and be subjected to it's rules. Society offers no "exit" plan - you are entraped as a child into society and the "contract". You are not allowed to disagree with the "contract" and act against the "contract" rules. Therefore logical deduction has just proven that you could never have chosen to agree or disagree to any contract because there was no alternative choice offered by the contract proposer (society) in the matter.

Attempting to solve this by suggesting that there is a choice (2 options or more) in that you could choose to obey or disobey the contract (via your actions) won't work - because you cannot disobey or break the contract if there never was a legitimate contract in the first place. And the contract cannot be legitimate because it gave no choice in the matter as to whether you accept the rules in the first place.

Secondly, the contract system is also logically fallacious because contradicts itself and it does not even fit the basic facts on any criminal case. Take the Martin Bryant case, or any other case where a bullied, shunned and victimized individual responded by committing crimes such as Donald Gaskins, Eric Harris or Kip Kinkel. Criminal acts are caused by childhood abuse and harm. They are a re-action - a response - to previous childhood trauma, abuse etc. The aformentioned individuals were assaulted under the "bullying" label and via societally-sponsored child abuse via the family unit mythology and thus society has broken it's contract with them before they became criminals and committed their future crimes.

Think about it - the known facts state that criminals are never the initiators of violence and abuse, but are reacting to childhood abuse and violence perpetrated against them by society. Therefore, the contact is always void when a crime is undertaken. Even if this was not the case, which it is, how could society claim not to have broken the contract first? It would need to know for sure that no such breech occured against you first - something a societal-whore judge could never determine. Simply put, even if there could be any legitimate contract, society would always nullify and void it first.

Thus, the only logical conclusion is that there can be no valid social contract, and even if there was it would be rendered null and void because society creates the criminal via a 'first blood' assaults against children. Therefore, no individual could ever be guilty, liable or responsible to society for their crimes via the "social contract" system.

A good example is the case of Javed Iqbal who was brutalized by his society as a child, then subjected to further assaults and abuse when he was older - "I was so badly beaten that my head was crushed, my backbone broken and I was left crippled, I hate this world." The key concept is the same - society always places the rage, hate, frustration and confusion onto the criminal first and makes them into criminals that are just reflections of society itself.
Martin Bryant This is Martin Bryant, an innocent child who had brutal victimization foisted upon him by australian society. Martin did not ask to be born. All victim Martin ever wanted was to just be happy in life and get along. He just wanted to be friends. He had a benelovent intention, and you all took advantage of Martin and abused him. He wasn't born wanting to shoot humans. He did not choose to be a killer in his True Reality, it is something that society foisted on him. He was not destined to kill 35 humans at port arthur, but he was railroaded, persecuted and pushed over the edge. Martin was decreed to be sub-human waste by society because he had a "psychological syndrome". This "syndrome" was not even Martin's doing.

Even as a child, Martin was subjected to unjust societally-sponsered abuse and assaults that he did not deserve. Martin just wanted to be in peace, but society would not allow it's victim any rest, peace or genuine help.

Years of unjust and unprovoked societally-sponsered mythology, destruction of self-love, abuse and maltreatment drove Martin over the edge. You all created Martin. You created his psychological pain. Now you perversely blame Martin for his actions, while refusing Martin his legal right to a trial by pleading "not guilty". This is all despite proof that Victim Martin is the victim-creation of society, and proof he suffers from emotional and psychological illness.

This is your victim-creation, the persecuted Martin Bryant. He was born innocent, harmless and pure, and made into the famous port arthur gunman by australian society. 
Yes, Martin Bryant has had thousands of assaults and injustices committed against him in his life-time. Martin has been ostrisized and victimised because of official societal policies. Has any compensation or apology ever been given to Martin by societal authorities? No. Have any charges been laid by the pig-thugs or protection details been made on Martin's behalf? No. You see, what constitutes a crime is arbitrary. The various forms of assault Martin suffered, such as "bullying", are not labelled "crimes" by society, even though the actions were exactly the same as "assault" actions.

The pig-thugs only charge citizen-slaves with crimes that society and the various societal institutions are intrested in. Society and the "justice" system is completely arbitrary about what actions it chooses to declare as crimes and prosecute. Had Martin been born into a Truth-based human society the port arthur event would never have occured because Martin would not have had the intense rage, frustration, loss of self-love, isolation, and mental derangements due to societally-sponsored abuse, trauma and indoctrination with societal myths that caused Martin's outburst of violence. The fact of the matter is that society and its justice system is wrong. That is why the problems are never solved by society and the justice system.

There simply is no rational, fair, just or sane reason for society to blame or punish Martin. You can't justify labelling individuals "bad" because of their chosen actions. Even if, for the sake argument, there could be criminals who are not tortured victim-creations of society it is a clear fact in this individual case that Martin was a tormented created-victim. Society still has an obligation of Truth-based atonement and justice towards created victim Martin regardless of any other issues with any other criminals. No sane, legitimate and benelovent society could ever just ignore these factors. 
a2. The potential offender "knows" what society expects of him and what the punishments are.
This is an arbitrary and ridiculous argument! It is simply "It is so because I say it it so and you heard me". Society could have made the law and punishment for breaking it anything and this argument would claim it was True. For example "It is a crime to breathe, punishment is a flogging followed by total destruction of the environment. This is a legitimate decree, because any offender to it knows what we expect of them via this decree." This is clearly unjust, deranged and insane statement of possible societal policy. Yet in this scenario, the argument that any law-breaker "knows" the societal decree and punishment would have you believe that this example "crime" would stand as a sane and rational statement. Obviously, though, such a decree by society would be utterly insane and thus this system of justification is clearly invalid. This explanation is arbitrary and unacceptable. Frankly, it is insane.

a3. God commandment explanation
This one is very easy. There is no such thing as the god creature, and even if there was known to be a god, there would be -
a) No reason to presume what his veiws and commands were.
b) It would just be god's say-so and thus still just as arbitrary as the previous case of [a2].

a4. Might is right explanation
Again, this is simply arbitrary and begs the question. It explains HOW rules themselves can be enforced, but not why such might should be used to do any particular thing. It does not explain how to decide which particular rules and concepts of justice are justified and thus should be applied via might. Those in might could have just made no laws, or again senseless laws such as seen in the example in [a2].

a5. Societal power-conspiracy / "It's all just politics" explanation
This is a utilitarian-like of argument. It does reject the concept of any moral explanations of societal laws and decrees. It simply asserts that there is a societal heirachy and those with the power at the top use the law to keep themselves at the top. Of course the "top" and the "middle" and "bottom" of society are still all toxic and invalid societal positions. Society is structured in such a way that only the most inferior, deranged, disturbed, meglomaniacal and enraged individuals can rise to the top of the societal ladder. Societal leaders do, in fact, make most laws to suit their heirachy and obsessively keep the citizen-slaves broken and under societal control as much as possible. However this is not sufficient to justify or explain what society says constitutes justice, law and right to punish. Often there is no personal or governmental power gain to many criminal cases. This argument really suffers the problems of argument [a4]. However, [a4] and this [a5] have some Truth to them in that how society behaves - but are still not the primary reason why society makes the dictates it does re justice and crime. It explains how, not why.

a6. Natural to strike-back explanation
This argument is really unsound for the same reason as the second half of [a1], but with nature instead of a contract involved. If one can strike back in principal, then so can the criminal. It is reduced to a "you started it"/"chicken and the egg" argument, where the criminal was abused first as a child by society, and there could be no sane, rational and legitimate way for any third party to tell who struck back and who struck first.

a7. The system upholds morality and goodness, what is "right".
The criminal justice system is not based on "who is in the right", justice, seeking Truth or fairness. Society commits all the crime actions itself, and initiates the cycle of violence, insanity and brutality upon all children who grow into criminals. Society cannot suggest it is good, moral or right and criminals are "bad" etc because they both do the exact same actions and display the same malevolent intent. The only difference is that society's intent and actions are far greater than those it criticizes and demonizes in the criminal. This is more than just mere "double standards" and hypocrisy, it is utterly insane, malevolent, deranged and illogical. It is a special pleading logical fallacy. Of course, that does not bother 99%+ of brainwashed citizen-slaves, because they are so brainwashed, dumb, deaf, blind, stupid and lacking in sanity and integrity that this simple Truth either eludes them or is consciously denied.

The justice system and societal laws have no moral, good, sane or righteous basis at all. Such explanation only begs the question as to what makes such laws moral, good, sane and right in the first place.

All the societal explanations above are clearly logically fallacious and do not fit the known facts regarding society. Society has no legitimate basis for it's ideals. They are lie-based and invalid. Later we will see it is not reason, sanity or purpose driving the justice system but insanity, derangement and simple overt enslavement and destruction of all human beings via threats, co-ertion and fear of being labelled "immoral", "bad", sick" and so on in accordance with societally-implanted false morality.


The Truth is that just as the war ritual is not utilitarian, crime and justice as defined and implemented by society is not primarily utilitarian or political as seen in [a5] either.





Societal leaders also realise that if a large number of citizen-slaves were ever somehow to recognize and embrace the Forbidden Truth that they would rise up and eliminate the societal leaders and structures. Societal leaders live in paranoid fear of Truth for this very reason. They are all power-hungry control-freaks. This is where factor [a5] - the power and control aspect of the justice system - comes into play.

Appendix V - Another reason why punishment of criminals is illogical and invalid.

Another insurmountable problem for the notion of individual responsibility to society is that of the poison container and catharsis - the cycle of abuse - and the slippery slope logical fallacy. This is a little like the chicken and the egg concept. If person A abuses B, and that gives B a need to abuse C, who in turn abuses A, who abuses D, and D abuses E, how can society blame person C and hold person C responsible? It is arbitrary.

Person C is being unjustly blamed for doing what he needed/had to do because of the actions of Persons A and B. Why should person C be blamed, adjudged and punished when he only needed to abuse person D because of person A and B who are not held accountable by society? It makes no sense! Society started all the trouble, not person C. And don't appeal to the consequences.

These are not just a sequence of theoretical people who did not get caught (except for C of course). Person A and B might be the biological creators of C, protected by insane family unit mythology. Why should C be held accountable? Why should anyone have to justify or explain themselves to an entity as diseased and malevolent as society.

The above principal in blue is perfectly logical. Further, any direct employee of society, regardless if they absolutely desire to be fair, just and rational, must also be unfair, unjust and irrational. This is because they cannot help but reflect the immense malevolent insanity that constitues the justice system by obeying the malevolent and insane orders they are given by their society. Consider that a sane person (or just person or whatever) took their orders from a malevolent madman. Even if their sanity was sound, and their intent to be fair, by following the orders and principals from the madman they themselves must act in an insane way.

In order to try and conceal it's total lack of legitimacy, the court has to employ smokescreens such as it's societal whore "judges" wearing ridiculous costumes designed to try and lend legitimacy and an air of integrity to the whole charade. I will come back to this issue later.

Example of principal of creator and creation : American society commits genocide on iraq under the insane label of "war". Using terroristic threats of destruction and death to iraqi people, america extorts property and funds from iraq. It orders iraq to sell oil to america at a price that constitutes theft. It orders iraq to simply hand over so much oil without payment or face the mass murder of iraqi citizen-slaves, under the guise that iraq "owes" america for the cost of murdering it's own iraqi citizen-slaves and reducing iraq's buildings to rubble. -OR-

Society also demands money from individuals who are prodded into driving a motor car, just for using their car, and robs them of their money for going 3kmh over an arbitrary "speed limit" for a few seconds under the ridiculous guise of "road safety".

A woman owes a man money. The man believes that the money is "his", just like society taught him (I am not suggesting anything about property either way here). The man demands the money returned, but she refuses. The police cannot help this man. The man is enraged at the childhood trauma he was forced to endure at the hands of humanity and society which gives him a drive to commit violent acts. He believes he has a right and interest in getting his money back. So, he physically threatens or forces her to give the money over. He is now charged with a "crime", and is demonized. He is ajudged by society to "be in the wrong", society claims that he is "bad", "shifty" and is not "trustworthy" because he committed a "bad" crime action, even though society created the monetary system, it created his mindset, it created his frustration and rage. As we saw before, society itself demands money via threats and violence and even murder. This is un-reconcilable, and a total hypocrisy. Society makes this judgment despite that fact that it did, and continues to do, exactly the same actions it demonized the individual for on a much greater scale.

Individual humans are created by his society. They do not have the resources that society does to choose the course of actions and shape events. They can act on True Reality motivations and his emotions foisted upon them by society. They can get caught up in the moment. Societal policies are made without these considerations. They often have more time to reconsider because their actions are so murderous that continue over a period of months or even years.
