| This page contains information regarding lawyers in victoria and australia. It will be roughly applicable to your society, as I would expect this aspect of the operational structure of any society would be the same. I have had extensive personal experience with lawyers as well as examining the legal cases, psychological states and philosophical/moral ideals (or lack thereof) of many convicted criminals. Being highly intelligent and having a knowledge of Forbidden Truth, I know exactly how lawyers operate as part of society. What are lawyers? Lawyers in this website refer to criminal "defense" legal representation. Attorney, lawyer, solicitor, barrister etc. all have the same meaning herein as "lawyer". Society claims that defense lawyers can be trusted, are honest and respectable, are "on your side" and there for the purpose of providing the best legal defense they possibly can to criminal charges. Note that his job is to advise you of the best "legal defense" course, not the best actual defense. This means that the lawyer is limited by the fascist dictates of the law and the courts as to what will be either an allowed or effective defense This includes both legal and so-called "ethical" considerations. The fact there even is an adversarial-type system using an agent of "defense" who is both a complete stranger and a loyal and beholden member of society proves right away that the legal process is not designed to be fair and is biased against the accused. Society claims that it the legal system is fair. The Truth is that the legal/justice system is never fair, just or honest. The law itself is totally lie-based and immoral. Therefore no matter how much any lawyer might want to help you, he is severely limited by a series of personal and professional "ethical" restraints and legal dictates. The purposes for society having defense lawyers are : 1. To take part in the adversarial legal system process to help society determine if the accused has or has not broken the invalid societal behavioral dictates. Society does not want the legal process used against conformers. 2. To collect information about the "client" in interviews in order to assess whether or not the client is legally guilty of the crime, and if so guilty, to either report this fact to authorities and/or try and get you to plead guilty or introduce some critical weakness in the defense case. This is the utterly immoral instruction all lawyers receive from society under the malevolent smoke-screen label of "ethics". 3. To assess the willingness and history of societal conformity i.e. belief in the lies and myths of society. To assess the societal job and position of the client. Those who are beholden to society, acted on behalf of their society via a crime, members of a sports "footy" team, those who believe in their society. These types will all get vastly favorable treatment from the legal courts and a much better attitude from their lawyer. Conversely, a nonconformist will get a deflated performance from their lawyer at absolute best. A Seer of Forbidden Truth such as Myself will get his lawyer acting more as a second prosecutor. 4. To act as a Truth-filter. The lawyer filters out any Truth-based arguments given to him by the "client". He is there to protect the illusion of societal decency surrounding the justice system and society itself by filtering out Forbidden Truth ways of presenting arguments. He is there to present the defense case in such a way that it does not make the police, courts etc look bad. If that is just not possible, his job is to attempt to downplay and minimize any wrong-doing or faults in/by the system, society or the police. This is a form of lying, so your lawyer is there to tell lies of omission to ensure that the authorities are made to look fair and honest. This utterly immoral practice is labeled "advocacy" and is a cornerstone of all lawyer's fascist "education" programming. 5. To assess the level at which you are able to be used, and if society wants you to be so used, as a prison-based poison container by society. This also includes assessments into your societal status, who your relatives are etc to determine if society wishes to apply further forms of enslavement and abuse upon it's victim-creation by using them as a prison-based poison container. The lawyer is not acting in your True interests at all. He is acting on behalf of society, and on his personal interest of making money as a lawyer. He might appear to acting for you, but as a member of society he is nothing more than a societal whore. He is interested in the money, to make his money while at the same time not falling foul of the various fascist organizations such as justice courts and his society, which he is beholden to. It is a fact that many judges are ex-defense lawyers, and these societal whore judges are determined on depriving and distorting justice for society. For example : 1. If the lawyer thinks you are guilty of several rapes, and you have a history of contributing nothing to society, the lawyer may believe that you are not worth defending via the system of legal and technical arguments. He might think you "should" be found legally guilty. If you tell him you are guilty, or if you make a mistake that reveals that you are guilty, the lawyer-whore will almost certainly report you. He may also try and hassle you into a "guilty" plea, or somehow weaken the defense arguments. This is often disguised as "ethical" conduct, where in fact it is utterly immoral conduct on his part. The lawyer-whore in this example is acting on behalf of society, using his skill as a professional liar and actor. This is what I call the "Cape Fear scenario". 2. You are charged with fairly minor crimes. There are "bigger fish to fry" than you. You might be not-guilty of some of the crimes, or the evidence is weak. However, you are targeted because you do not believe in and live your life according to the values and beliefs of society. You are a public revealer of Truth or some kind of misfit or rebel. Had you been a religious "bishop"-style societal whore, and the charges were the same, you would have been fined, or given a "suspended sentence" or maybe not charged with at least some of the charges at all. Your lawyer here may deliberately allow and support unfair proceedings and a extra-heavy sentence via covert means. 3. A citizen-slave who is totally beholden to society and holds the position as a pig-thug is charged for a serious assault on a criminal. Although this in itself is rare, it can happen when the societal illusion of decency is slipping. His lawyer vehemently defends his client tooth and nail, because of the societal status, job and general mindset of his client. 4. A prostitute is sexually assaulted by a football player, another type of celebrity. Sports are a toxic ritual that are sponsored as part of the operational structures of society, and society thus rewards sportsmen. This sportsman celebrity and societal-conformist is likely to be only a relatively minor celebrity. He might be found not guilty where he would have otherwise been found guilty, because of the fact she was a prostitute and he was a football player. Should the case have involved Yours Truly :-), and a female sports player, I would be almost certainly found guilty/ remanded/ given heavier sentence if a "plea-bargain" was made (etc) even if all the other factors were equal. |

Primary Example : This is Martin Bryant's lawyer John Avery. He is called a "defense" lawyer by society. What he is is a societal whore. His job was to defend Martin Bryant, the alleged port arthur gunman. He made no attempt to do so, in fact all his energies and efforts went into ensuring that Martin would be found guilty and unjustly further punished and harmed by his evil australian society. You see, societal-whore John believes in the values and dictates of his society. His very career requires that he stay in-line with the legal system and his society. What is more amazing, is that lawyers like John are able to find "clients" even after displaying such a public disregard for the interests of their targeted victims. |

 Shane Lethlean |
This is barrister Shane Lethlean, who usually works in Melbourne, Victoria. Even when trying to smile and look friendly he comes across as a little smug. He is a right bastard. I have been Shane Lethlean's private paying client in the past. I can tell you he is pretty much the worst lawyer imaginable. He had no intention of defending Me, only taking My money. He literally conspired with the prosecution and the magistrate to help convict me. He had it fixed in his mind that I did not fit his view of a good member of society and ensured I was unfairly convicted. He went along with illegal and unfair games by the magistrate including refusing to name what the charges were. No doubt his utterly immoral behavior and fraud of My funds is denied in his True Reality under the insane guise of "ethics" and "serving the community". My very strong recommendation : If you hire a lawyer, do NOT hire or otherwise use Shane Lethlean. Remember that name : Shane Lethlean. No identified seeker of Truth, legitimate social critic, or known legitimate anti-establishment individual should under any circumstances select Shane Lethlean as their lawyer. If you don't fit the mold and you hire Shane Lethlean expect to be screwed. You have been warned. |
| "I don't like you." - Shane Lethlean. "What football team do you barrack for? [sic]......... What? You don't follow any sports? That's no good...you don't like sports, you don't drink...you don't..." - Shane Lethlean. "I did it deliberately. You got what you deserved". - Shane Lethlean. [Spoken to Me (via the security screen while I was in custody) his paying private client after deliberately losing every aspect of several cases involving over 30 charges, some of which had zero supporting evidence of any kind]. Yes, Lethlean did not manage to get anything right, nor did he try to. He disobeys instructions, removes evidence documents that favor the defense from briefs. Shane did not study the case or do his job properly at all. I have spread the word far and wide about Shane Lethlean, including an in-prison campaign. I was often asked advice on cases, and I always told them about those lawyers who had betrayed Me. They could usually see I was telling it how it was. After I fired him for the first appearance, he still appeared for Me in court two days later for a committal in another case. Amazingly, Lethlean turned up despite being fired, but refused to hand over the defense copy of the brief of evidence for this case (which was now legally mine), which he stated was because of his own documents and personal notes on the case were still in the folder. : "Your Honour, there are questions of lieu. I do not want to hand over the brief to my client because there is one document that is in there I don't want him to see of my life". - Shane Lethlean, addressing the magistrate after he was fired due to his treachery in the previous case. |

This is "Chris" Dane, QC. Also known as P.C. Dane, or "Christopher" Dane, depending on what name or alias he is currently using at the time. He was My barrister in the case where I was refused a trial. Click here to read more about the case. Dane is available for those with even more money to burn than average. Despite charging Me $5, 000 a day (not even including solicitor and other costs) he was useless. I have hired him on two separate cases. He lost both. I might as well have flushed My money down the toilet. Dane even charged $8, 000 per day, of which $5, 000 went to him directly. Chris Dane at one point accepted payment for a trial, and actually walked out of the court room because I would not plead "guilty" and pocketed the full amount. Chris Dane was present in court under an hour before he threw a hissy fit and walked out of his private paying client because of a refusal to correct entering a plea of "guilty" instead of "not guilty". |

This is Melbourne lawyer Michael Gleeson, the principal of Michael Gleeson and Associates. I have had Michael via Legal Aid. He is the best of this bad bunch. I could say many things here about Michael, but let Me address this question : "Is he honest"? I am in a position to absolutely know the answer to that question, and he is in fact a bold-face liar. Of course, he was unable to win a single point against Me, and he had been planning to screw Me over for some time. Michael has flatly refused to give any of his statements in writing, because he knew he had to deny them later because he was lying. He makes decisions that are detrimental to his client in order to cover himself and his fellow legal whores. I knew precisely what he was up to. He has no intention what-so-ever of even trying to help those certain few selected clients who are the fall-guys. No socially unpopular individual, especially a Seer of Truth or aspiring Seer should ever waste any time on this heap of human filth. Michael's exact antics can be found on the Current Case page, where this societal whore is also featured. "I am an officer of the court." - Michael Gleeson. No, Michael, you are more than that. You are a liar to your clients and a whore of society. |
| This is barrister Ian Crisp of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. I had Crisp briefly for a pre-trial hearing in a contested matter. I would have been better to hire the cat. Crisp is cheaper than Dane, but he is still a complete ripoff. The amount of money charged by Ian is equivalent to extortion - using the worries and fears of the so-called "client" as a tool to extract maximum inflation on the value of his work possible. And that presumes that Ian will actually do some work, and that work will be of any value. When I had him, he rung the night before court and admitted that he had not even read the brief of evidence, or even started any work on the case. He sounded drunk. He tried to reverse the blame on Me, claiming My telephone did not work properly and thus he could not reach Me. However, all other lawyers and calls came through just fine, and when I asked him when he had called, he refused to answer. I also pointed out that he had not contacted the solicitor, which he could have done if he needed to speak to Me. Ian had no answer for this. He quickly became abusive and was rude and arrogant. He started a drunken-sounding blame reversal rant, a tirade of irrational excuses and cheap pathetic lies. Confused at this unexpected rambling, I began to explain "Look, mate, it does not really matter..." (mate is a slang australian term and is often used as casual or informal lingo) and Crisp angrily interrupted began raving about "You are not my mate". He seemed like he had it in for Me and hated Me, even though he never met Me. Ian then began asking questions about the case that were completely irrelevant to the task at hand, demanding to know if I was guilty, was intent I had and so on. Remember, this preparation was for is a trial, a contested hearing. He kept asking Me questions that were obviously and solely aimed at incriminating Me, and demanded answers. He was sacked on the spot. My strong recommendation to all those charged with a crime : DO NOT HIRE this man under any circumstances. You have been warned. |
