Hello. I was again reading the online newspaper, where I came across a science study that was Truth-based, but extremely limited. Science represents Truth, as ong as it remains objective and free of societal influences. The article was entitled "Witness accounts easily tainted" and was by Danny Rose. Read the link for more.

Now, having a long term expereince with the criminal justice system, both in study and reaserch and via various court cases, as well as advices from top barristers, I am in a position to state that the foundation of each and every criminal case is in fact the witness. No criminal case can proceed without witnesses. DNA, fingerprints, and other solid "evidence" is all secondary in importance to the witness. And of course, one type of witness is the so-called "eye-witness", which is one of the most effective tools that society has for persecuting and subjecting criminals to unjust and undeserved punshments.

I make this clear right now : The issue of guilt or innocence is a minor and quite unimportant one in any criminal case in terms of Truth. It is made into the major issue by society, but in fact since no society currently has any right to adjudge it's created victims it is a moot issue.

The article is correct in that these accounts are easily "contaminated". While appropriate, the word "contaminated" does not have enough scope to fully describe the many ways that witnesses give false testimony. Lets take a look.

Quote : "....[the] study found people could add detail to, or even amend, their memory if they discussed their recollection with someone who saw the same event."
This is correct. It is not just other witnesses, but exposure to media, a "pep-talk" by pig-thug detectives bent on persecuting criminals at any cost, and even discussing the event with strangers such as counsellors. However, there are many, many additional ways that witnesses give false testimony. The most common is actually simply lying. That is right, lying. In many criminal cases, witnesses for the prosecution are societally sponsored, encouraged and often even threatened in telling lies in order to obtain a conviction against a demonized defendant. Various judges etc are all too happy for this to occur, as long as the lies are not easily exposed.

Another way is due to truama, and denial of the crime event. Since societ yis always instructing it's citizen-slaves to put up with and simply deny their own victimizations (mainly abuse as a child), even when society asks for an account of the crime event, it is often hard for witnesses to be able to do so because of this previous mind-habit of denial of victimhood status. Then we have forgetfulness and other influences such as the media. Of course, there are many ways that false testimony (deliberately false and false recollections) are accepted by the insane and deranged criminal justice system.

Another aspect not mentioned in the article on the study is why this occurs. I have already revealed the Truth that society instructs people to deny their victimization, and although it is often directed at specific societally sponsored victimization, this psychological effect "spills over". However, that does not apply to witnesses who were not the target of the crimes.

Although human memory is failable, it is generally more unreliable in criminal cases, where there is an aspect of being bigoted and biased against the accused criminal. Criminals are presumed guilty until proven innocent by society, despite what society claims to the contrary to keep up its illusion of decency. One only has to read the Douglas Clark persecution story to know just how rigged and biased court proceedings are. Criminals are demonized, and many witnesses fell it is their "duty" to society to outright lie in court, under the insane label of "white lies" and "bending the Truth". All societally sponsored lies are toxic and harmful, and there are no "forms" of lies. There is only Truth and lies.

In general, this study represents Truth. The "trial" system is designed to be patently unfair, unjust and rigged. The witness system is unreliable at best, and usually deliberately manipulated to persecute criminals. This is another outrageous and unjustifiable aspect of the criminal justice system.
